Метод средневзвешенной стоимости капитала, один из наиболее распространенных методов оценки инвестиционных проектов, при котором требуемый уровень доходности определяется как средневзвешенная стоимость капитала корпорации (компании). На практике взвешиваются средние стоимости двух видов капитала: заемного и собственного. WACC компании рассчитывается в три шага: Определяется пропорциональный вес источников финансирования капитала на основе рыночных оценок каждого из этих источников; Рассчитывается доходность (стоимость каждого источника) после вычета налогов; Вычисляется средневзвешенная стоимость всех источников. Традиционная формула, используемая для определения WACC, такова: WACC = (ke ? We) + (kp ? Wp) + (kd/(pt) [1 –t] ? Wd) Где: Ke = суммарная стоимость обыкновенных акций We = процентная доля обыкновенных акций в структуре капитала, по рыночной оценке Kp = совокупная стоимость привилегированных акций Wp= процентная доля привилегированных акций в структуре капитала, по рыночной оценке Kd/(pt) = стоимость задолженности (до вычета налогов) t = налоговая ставка Wd = процентная доля заемного капитала в составе капитала (по рыночной оценке). Эта типовая формула в основном применима для компаний открытого типа, для компаний же, акции которых не торгуются на открытом рынке, формула модифицируется. Показатель стоимости капитала WACC используется в качестве ставки (нормы) дисконтирования при оценке компаний. Следует, однако, учитывать, что показатель WACC относительно легко поддается манипулированию
